What Ambassadors Do
Our Ambassadors play a key role in spreading the word and building the movement around women’s health and longevity. Your role is designed to fit easily into your daily life.
The Core Responsibilities
These are the basics — simple actions that make a big impact.
Share the Summit With Your Network – Email, message, or talk to friends, colleagues, local groups, professional groups, and community circles.
Share Your Personal Discount Code – Share your code across email, text, WhatsApp, social media, and any communities you're part of.
Post Event Updates on Social Media (1–2x/month) – You’ll get all graphics, captions, and assets directly from us — just copy, paste, and post 1-2 times per month leading up to the Summit.
Help Amplify Key Announcements – Share major updates, such as keynote speakers, agenda reveals, partnerships (e.g., with the Buck Institute), and special sessions.
Stay Active in the Ambassador WhatsApp Group – Participate in weekly check-ins, ask questions, support others, and stay in the loop. Share any ideas with the Livelong team and your fellow Ambassadors
Represent the Livelong Community – Be a positive, supportive voice for women’s health, empowerment, and longevity.
Optional Ways to Go Above and Beyond

Host a small gathering, meetup, or virtual chat about the Summit
Participate in Livelong surveys or provide feedback
Nominate other potential Ambassadors
