You know that glow after you leave a dinner with friends, when your cheeks are sore from laughing? Or the pleasure you feel after going on a walk through the neighborhood with a friend? Decades of research show strong social ties are linked to improved mental well-being, better physical health, and longevity, but we don’t need these studies to tell us. We feel it, viscerally, every time we experience it.
That’s why we’re launching the Livelong Woman WhatsApp group, a safe, uplifting space to share stories, swap advice, and build real community (hint: we have plans to make it happen in person too!) Join us to connect with women who, like you, believe that health is power and longevity is better together. No charge.
An unfun fact: Loneliness and social isolation have also been shown to increase the risk for premature death by 26% and 29% respectively.
Any time we feel seen, heard, valued, and connected, our stress levels go down, our immune systems benefit, and our sense of purpose strengthens. And while nothing can replace a face-to-face catch-up, emerging research shows that connecting online (through chats, small groups, meaningful messages, and more) can help reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness, supporting our mental well-being.
Here’s some of what you can expect from the Livelong Woman WhatsApp group:
Regular check-ins: a friendly tap on the shoulder to say “how are you doing?”
Shared inspiration: articles, prompts, books, or podcast suggestions centered on thriving, longevity, connection and joy.
Peer support: chances to ask questions, share small wins, challenges, and connect with like-minded women.
It’s low-pressure. You can engage as much (or as little) as feels right for you. The goal is for us to feel connected and supported, not overwhelmed.
In a time when many of us juggle career, family, health, and so much change, building a small network of intentional connections is one of the smartest moves we can make.

Once you’re in, we’d love it if you introduce yourself (name, what you’re excited about, anything you want to share).

Speaking of social connection, we recently announced the Livelong Women’s Health Summit, happening in San Francisco in April 2026. It would be incredible to meet as many of you as possible there and have some in-person social time with other women passionate about longevity. Check out the current line-up of speakers and the agenda, and if you’d like to attend, use code TIFFANY for $50 off any ticket option.
